Join us for our celebration of Jacques Pépin’s 90th birthday, part of the @JacquesPepinFoundation’s 90/90 Dinner Series! Our event will feature a cooking class that takes us through some recipes of his cookbook "The Art of Cooking". Chef Vitaly Paley will lead us through this class and teach us recipes from Chef Pépin cookbook. Learn the fundamentals and classics of French cooking, from a chef who has studied and worked with Chef Jacques Pépin
