Our chefs can work with you to create a menu for the occasion, built around the best seasonal ingredients from our island. We are also happy to welcome your own chef into our kitchen. Whether for a small, intimate dinner or a larger, joyful celebration, we would be honored to help you plan your gathering.

The Chefs Kitchen

The Chefs Table features a customized menu starting at $179 per person with a $2000 food and beverage minimum.

The menu is created by the chefs depending on what is in season and what is available from local farms. We encourage our guests to try as many local products as possible.

Our chefs are masters of global cuisine, curating bespoke menus that journey from the vibrant flavors of the Pacific Rim and Mexico to the timeless elegance of classic French and Italian, and the refined artistry of modern Japanese.
