Our demonstration kitchen is a place to gather, to learn, and to share. It's a space for chef-led pop-up dinners, for learning new techniques, for attending seminars, and for tasting the freshest local and artisanal products.

Our private dining rooms were created with this simple truth in mind. It is a warm, intimate space designed for gathering, for conversation, and for the shared joy of a beautiful meal.
Public events or Private dining experiences, the philosophy remains the same: we begin with what is fresh, honest, and in season. The menu will be a reflection of the very best our local farmers and artisans have to offer, resulting in food that is simple, nourishing, and delicious.

Coming Up At Chefs & Table
Celebrating Jacques Pépin!
A dinner that celebrates Jacques Pépin culinary legacy. Chef Vitaly Paley we will share some of his favorite French Classics with us, through this communal style dinner. Join us for a night that is filled with authentic and delicious French foods, while honoring a culinary great. Any additional contribution supports the Jacques Pépin Foundation’s 90/90 Celebration Dinner Series, advancing Jacques’s mission to make culinary training more accessible and inclusive. Donations will be accepted in person in cash, credit or check. Your generosity will be acknowledged by the Jacques Pépin Foundation. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please let us know. We hope to honor a lifetime of mentorship and help open more doors for others to learn, grow, and thrive in the kitchen.
