ABOUT CHEFS & TABLE
HAWAII ISLAND
At Chefs & Table, we believe that cooking is a simple, beautiful act. It begins with the finest ingredients, of course, but it's also about the tools you use, the plates you serve on, and the company you share it with.
We've carefully chosen a collection of cookware, table settings, and glassware to bring beauty and pleasure to your kitchen and your table.
Whether you're a seasoned chef or just starting to discover the joys of cooking at home, we have everything you need to create meals that are both delicious and memorable.
Our demonstration kitchen is a place to gather, to learn, and to share. It's a space for chef-led pop-up dinners, for learning new techniques, for attending seminars, and for tasting the freshest local and artisanal products.

DINE WITH US

Dining Experiences
We believe the most meaningful connections are made around the table.
Our private dining rooms were created with this simple truth in mind. It is a warm, intimate space designed for gathering, for conversation, and for the shared joy of a beautiful meal.
Public events or Private dining experiences, the philosophy remains the same: we begin with what is fresh, honest, and in season. The menu will be a reflection of the very best our local farmers and artisans have to offer, resulting in food that is simple, nourishing, and delicious.
Let us provide the setting for your next celebration, so you can create memories rooted in the profound pleasure of eating well together.

We believe that the best meals begin with a deep connection to the land and the people who tend it.
In that spirit, we are beginning a series of dinners to celebrate the remarkable farmers of the Big Island.
To continue this series, we are honored to have our friend, Chef Vitaly Paley, in the kitchen. He will create a beautiful menu highlighting ingredients from Adaptations Food Hub's extensive network of family farms sourced exclusively from our islands.
This dinner is a gathering to support the essential work of the Hawaiʻi Farmers Union United (HFUU). Your donations will help our island's farmers gather, share their wisdom, and work together to find new ways to nourish our community.
