- Tue, Oct 06Kekela Farms (Day 1)This is a two day workshop that includes a private farm tour with Tammy Singh at her famed Kekela farms in Waimea. Followed by a cooking workshop at Chefs and Table where Chefs Paley and Hirata will lead the group in hands on cooking class utilizing ingredients sourced from Kekela Farms.
- Thu, Oct 15Chefs & Table KonaJoin us for an afternoon tea time with teas and bites curated by Chef Pauline Lam. Come with friends and relax while sipping a variety of tea. Bites will be prepared by Chef Lam, the former executive pastry chef of Mauna Lani.
