This is a two day workshop that includes a private farm tour with Tammy Singh at the her famed Kekela farms in Waimea. Followed by a cooking workshop at Chefs and Table where Chefs Paley and Hirata will lead the group in hands on cooking class utilizing ingredients sourced from Kekela Farms.
