Join us in a relaxed and informative champagne tasting and cheese paring. Naomi Smith will take us through a beautiful wine tasting of some of the best Laurent Perrier wines, while Vitaly Paley will curate some amazing cheeses. Together they will guide us through some phenomenal pairings.

Naomi Smith is currently the Vice President of Sales for Champagne Laurent-Perrier, one of the worlds most respected Champagne Houses with a history dating back to 1812. She was formally knighted as a Dame Chevalier of  L’Ordre Des Coteaux De Champagne for her contributions to the Champagne industry, and is an active member of the exclusive Les Dames d’ Escoffier, an international philanthropic organization of women leaders in wine, food, and hospitality. In addition to many other accolades, Naomi is also a well-respected instructor at the Cheese School of San Francisco and helped create the Seattle Cheese Festival and Seattle Artisan Food Festival.
