This immersive class, led by renowned Chef and resident cheese monger Vitaly Paley, is designed for both cheese enthusiasts and novices.
Soft ripened, washed rinds and triple cremes.
In this lunch and learn session, we will taste the all-stars of the creamy, oozy, and buttery world of cheese. Cheeses will include: Brie Donge; Camembert au calvados; Langres; Monthais sur feuille; Cremeaux de Brogogne; Epoisses, and a couple of others. Cheeses will be paired with the wines of Burgundy and served with Sundog bread, French butter & jam.
