About the event
Please welcome Sue Mandini as Chefs & Tables latest teacher! As a private chef and gardener for Farm to Table Dinner Club, Sue is passionate about sustainability and highlighting local ingredients. She draws from her Italian heritage to bring you a fresh pasta making class! In this class you'll learn to make two types of pasta using Hawaiian ingredients and at the end enjoy tasting what you created. You will leave with your own gnocchi board, so you can continue your new skills at home. This class is vegetarian friendly
