About the event
In this class, participants will learn to dry brine and roast a turkey, then learn some recipes for classic Thanksgiving sides including gravy, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. Get ready to step up your Thanksgiving Day dinner under the guidance of Chef Pauline Lam.
Chef Lam comes from Northern California where she has spent most of her career as a Pastry Chef. Born in Hong Kong and raised in the Bay Area she attended the Le Cordon Bleu in London. She learned from greats like Sherry Yard at Spago in Beverly Hills, Thomas Keller at Bouchon Bakery, and Corporate Pastry Chef for Michelin Star Chef Roland Passot. As the Executive Pastry Chef at a small tech company (Google!), she expanded that program for nearly a decade before the move to savory as Chef de Cuisine of Root Cafe at Google.
