About the event
The class will focus on Mexican heirloom corn tortillas, which are traditionally made with volcanic stone ground masa. You will also learn how to create a variety of fillings to make restaurant-quality tacos at home. We will be using a tortilla press and plancha pan to make fresh tortillas. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with blue, red, and yellow masa.
