Chef Ki Chung from Bar Maze August 13th, $179

 

Experience Chef Ki Chung from the James Beard-nominated restaurant Bar Maze in Honolulu, collaborating with Chef Scott Anderson from elements in Princeton New Jersey. They will present an expertly crafted menu composed of local and imported ingredients. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Ki has honed his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants such as The French Laundry, Manresa, Benu, The Fat Duck, and Jean-Georges. At Aubergine in L’Auberge Carmel, he progressed from garde manger to the restaurant’s first chef de cuisine, earning a Michelin star, a Forbes five-star ranking, and a No. 14 spot on the OAD list for North America. We are excited for the culinary excellence he will bring to Kona!

Chef Joe Mooney From Condesa in Philadelphia August 15th, $179

 

Join us for a special dinner where Chef Joe Mooney presents a memorable Mexican fine dining experience with local Kona ingredients. Chef Joe Mooney specializes in Mexican and globally inspired cuisine, presenting a unique experience that mixes both traditional and modern techniques and flavors. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, Chef Joe Mooney worked at some of New Jersey’s best restaurants including Elements and Mistral.
