The selected durum wheats are NON-GMO grains, cultivated, stored, and aged exclusively in their region, characterized by a high protein content to ensure excellent nutritional value. The bronze extrusion process is done at low temperatures and slow drying below 36°C. The eggs used come from free-range hens fed exclusively with noble NON-GMO grains, thus preserving a genuine aroma and an exceptional natural quality.
