Chocolate Melting Pot

USE: Choose a saucepan that creates a snug fit around the outside of the melting pot. Add 1-2 inches of water to the saucepan and place melting pot inside. Water shouldn't touch the bottom of the melting pot. Add ingredient to melting pot and place over medium heat. When the water simmers, its steam will gently heat and melt the chocolate. Stir chocolate as it melts with a heat-safe saptula until all the chocolate has melted.*

CAPACITY: 2½ cups 

MATERIAL: Heavyweight stainless steel. 

CARE: Dishwasher safe. 

*TIPS:

• Finely chop cocolate so it melts quickly and evenly. 
• Periodically check water level and add more as needed. 
• Do not allow bottom of saucepan to steam dry. 
• Do not allow water to com in contact with chocolate or it will seize up, becoming thick and lumpy. 
• Use a completely dry spatula. 
• Do not use melting pot directly on the stove.
