USE: Roll dough to desired thickness. Use the flat edge of the press to cut a perfect dough round. Turn the press over, lay the cut dough over the teeth, and gently form a well in the center. Spoon filling into the well, moisten dough edges with water, and fold the press closed to crimp and seal the pastry. Bake, fry, or steam the filled pastry according to the recipe.
