USE: Fill a sauce pan, 8" or larger, with ⅜" of water. Bring to a boil then turn down to simmer. Lightly coat egg cups with oil, crack an egg into each cup, and carefully lower the Poacher into the simmering water. Cover the pan and allow the eggs to cook, about 2 to 4 minutes. The built-in slots make lifting the Poacher easy to keep hands safe. Just insert a knife tip or fork and lift.
