USE: To secure stuffed meat, insert the pins across the cavity opening and lace closed with butcher's twine. Use the loose skin from the neck to create a patch over stuffing, if necessary. Once cooking is complete, remove the easy-pull pins to release the butcher's twine.
CARE: Hand wash pins in warm, soapy water between every use. Butcher's twine is intended for single use only and not for direct exposure to flame, like grilling.
