Their take on Finocchiona with fennel seed, garlic, white wine and floral notes from fennel pollen. Delicate yet bold. Made in Northeast Minneapolis from regionally sourced, all clean heritage pork.

INGREDIENTS: Pork, sea salt, sugar, fennel seed, white wine, black pepper, fennel pollen, fresh garlic, potassium nitrate, lactic acid starter culture. In beef casing.

PAIRINGS: Pairs nicely with fresh pasta, hearty green salads, creamy burrata and toast, or even pecorino.
