Villa Cumin is a farmhouse Gouda made from fresh Dutch thermised milk and matured for around eight weeks. Naturally creamy and buttery, it is gently warmed by the addition of cumin seeds, which bring an earthy, slightly spicy depth while preserving the cheese’s mild, smooth character.
The result is a well-balanced cheese with warm aromatic notes, a supple texture, and a classic farmhouse richness that gives this Gouda its distinctive, full flavor.
