We craft our sauces using local treasures like pineapple, mango, 100% Kona coffee, lilikoi (passion fruit), Hawaiian chile peppers, and organic honey—blended together for one ono, fiery taste of the Islands. Every batch is made fresh, by hand, right here on da Big Island, using locally sourced ingredients. This is the real deal: true Hawaiian hot sauce.
The idea sparked from a classic Big Island problem—plenty mango! With our love for heat, we whipped up one mean mango hot sauce. From there, the experimenting never stopped.
