CARE & CLEANING: 

• Let cookware cool completely before cleaning. 
• Wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. 
• Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
• Need something a little stronger? Baking soda is The Green Pan's go-to. Boil the water with baking soda for tough stains. 
• Stainless steel begins to tarnish at 390℉. This is natural and doesn't affect the performance of the pan. 

COOKING TIPS: 

• Preheat your cookware before adding oil. Heat for 90 seconds on medium heat. 
• Give your food time to cook. With stainless steel, your food will be ready to turn when it no longer sticks to the pan. 
• When you're done cooking, scrub off any burnt-on bits and add a little hot water to your pan to loosen up anything that's stuck. Or use browned or stuck on food to create a sauce by deglazing with wine or stock.
