Our demonstration kitchen is a place to gather, to learn, and to share. It's a space for chef-led pop-up dinners, for learning new techniques, for attending seminars, and for tasting the freshest local and artisanal products.

Husband and wife culinary team, Chef Connor and Kristin Callahan, come together to create another unforgettable dining experience. With a commitment to sustainability and a deep appreciation for the island's bounty, Connor and Kristin source the freshest local ingredients. For this dinner the menu is inspired by Chef Connor's Mom, the recipes used will be variation of recipes his Mom prepared for him. Against a fiery sunset, the couple invites guests to savor the essence of aloha, sharing a meal of the best ingredients Hawaii island has to offer.

As the former owner of The Strawberry Patch restaurant in South Kona, she now excels as a private chef, bringing over 25 years of food experience and a fresh perspective to Big Island cuisine. Relish our specialty featured brunch, including sweet and savory items, a tropical fresh juice bar for mimosas, and a dessert station. Join us for a memorable culinary experience!
